i always draw out the l-dex in a syringe and squirt it into my mouth. 1/2cc every other day should suffice.

thats what I run mine at. Very effective dose for me.

so .25 ED and .50 EOD are virtually the same thing. just want to make sure, first cycle and all. thanks.

No it's not the same thing it's twice as much but .5 is in the middle of the recommended dosage and that is the lowest dosage that I found to be effective for ME.

i know it's not the same thing. i'm asking if .5 every other day would have the same effectiveness as .25 every day (because throughout the course of the cycle the same amount will have been ingested).

on another note, how will i know if .25 ED is sufficient or if i should up it to .50 ED such as yourself. water retention?

If you don't start getting gyno then .25ed is working, if you start to see gyno then up the dose. You have to see what works for you, everyone is different.
