diet he wont listen to me I told him he needs to diet before thinking about gear but he wont listen.

he's an idiot if he won't diet. Best case scenario is he cycles, loses the fat, then eats it all back on again. Good lookin' out for your friend. Try to get him to chck us out here before he decides to cycle... maybe the guys can help you convince him of the best route. 21 is atill a little young to be cycling IMHO

Thats exactly what I told him. Gear isnt magic you have to work twice as hard when your on and die is key to it.

But how do you think that cycle looks? Just curious I gave him a little input.

first off, tell your friend to do some research on ASS befor using. second tell him to workout at least fourtimes a wk, and finally let him watch what he eats. If he took your advise, tell him, he will be surprise how fast he can shed fat the natural way w/ steroid.
