i am 21 years old..6'1 and 220 pounds.. last year i weighed 180..
i was and just got off my first cycle test 250 and winny cycle.. i have bulked up alot..
but now i want to get rid of the unwanted fat and get abs..i have never had abs in my whole entire life... i have alittle gut.. well my friends told me to take clen and t-3 at the same time and do alot of cardio... is this a good cycle for me or do u suggest something else.. also how would i take the t-3 and clen?? every day, twice a day? i am clueless..thanks for your help
