First Cycle
I am thinking of doing my first cycle AS. I have done plenty of research and have access to Deca . I am not sure if I want to stack it with anything. My stats are 29 yrs old, 6'1, 190 with 15% body fat. My goal is not to become huge but achieve nice size with proportionally cut.
First question: How dosage of Deca would you recomend my cycle per week?
Second Question: Would Deca alone achieve results?
THird Question: By taking suppliments like cretine and whey protien at all the same time along with Deca can create a problem??

400mg is the "norm"

Yes, but your pistol might not be able to shoot until you get off...say goodbye tofor a couple months. Get some test to avoid this!

Bro, you need protein ALWAYS, and tell those health food workers or whoever told you otherwise to shove it. Creatine, is usually brought into the picture after a cycle, but some run creatine ON. Whatever you decide is fine. and SAFE.

papa is right on and about shooting blanks, i did a deca cycle only once and had no probs. I guess i jst depends on your body's composition.

Bro, at least go to 300mg...unless your using for your joints, 200mg ain't gonna do much, so don't expect much. Not being mean, just a heads up.

Up your kcal by 500-1000 and youll gain 10lbs, why shut down your gonads and only supplement 200mg of deca .

Na some of us really dont know shit , i go into health stores pretending to know nothing you'd be amazed how many people dont know what their trying to sell you i asked one guy once do you have any casein powders , hes like ummm looking at some 100% whey tubs i bailed him out i said oh i know the MRP's have them but i dont think you have any others that do i felt sorry for him you know!

Sust: 500mg/week.
would be a good stack
have some nolvadex on side for gyno man .. and some clomid post cycle

What are differences from taking 400mg a week and 600mg a week? Took 600/wk my first cycle but later learned I might have been fine with just 400. Though I was just wasting it. Not a competitor, but a baseball player so I have to moderate how much I lift. I do legs hard, but keep upper body to a minimum.

goota go with PP on this one. i would throw a little test in there to, enanthate , cypionate , or sust would go good. deca at 400mgs per week, test at 600 mgs per week(unless its sust, in which case it would be 500mgs per week)
protein is a must. i use creatine almost all of the time. glutamine seems to help me also.

the amount of aas you use depends on the individual. 400mgs per week would probably give you good gains. but if you run deca by itself i'd stick with 600mgs since thats what you did last time. if you stack it, then 400 mgs will be fine. as a general rule, i , the more you use , the more you have to use.
