    FIRST EVER cycle - need input

    I am 24, 6'1, 210, 25% body fat. I workout and eat pretty well, but I have ALWAYS had a problem getting below 20%bf, no matter how much I work out or how well I eat. I have smoked a lot of pot (almost every evening) for a long time now, so I think that may be one of my problems (increases estrogen levels). Don't hold it too much against me.

    I have done all the necessary research (I think), and I am ready to start my first cycle. My goal here is to get very lean and cut, NOT just size gains. I would like to get down to about 10% bf.

    I am interested to see if you all think this cycle is adequate for some serious cutting.

    w1-2: 80mcg clen ED, 10mg nolva ED
    w3-11: 275mg andropen , 250iu HCG (twice a week), 10mg nolva ED, cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with the clen
    w12: 175mg andropen, 250iu HCG (twice a week), 10mg nolva ED
    w13: 100mg andropen, 250iu HCG (twice a week), 10mg nolva ED
    w14-15: 250iu HCG (twice a week), 10mg nolva ED

    However, I am still a tad confused about PCT. Is 2 weeks sufficient for my PCT? When we talk about doing PCT (especially HCG) for 2 weeks after the juice, are we talking about 2 weeks after my last shot, or two weeks after the half life (i.e. ~4 weeks after my last shot)?

    Any input and expertise is much appreciated. Thanks!

    too complicated for a first cycle man
    do the typical test e at 500mg for 10-12 weeks with 10mg nolva ed
    no need for hcg
    bump the nolva to 20 mg 14 days after your last shot for 3-4 weeks
    you can throw clen in the mix too for your bf%, but diet and cardio will be the key

    well, ive already got all this gear...so that being said...well this get me there??

    should i still pass on the HCG ?

    just a simple test e cycle you can even add some dbol to kick start it but other then that you dont need anything else

    IMO, you should do the clen and diet first. Then when you can dial in your diet and get down to 185-190, then decide if AS is worth adding. BTW, you did not mention how much cardio you are doing. Are you doing any? If not add 45min-1hr 5-6 days a week with the clen and diet.

    I wouldn't touch steroids until you can diet and train correctly. At 25% bodyfat, you'll stand a good chance at developing gyno. Take the guy's advise and get your diet and cardio in order.

    I wouldnt consider starting any kind of AAS cycle weather its a cutter or bulker at your BF, I would attack your bodyfat with your diet and cardio and drop as much as possible naturally before considering taking anything. Once you have drop alot of bf this way you should consider taking something to help shredd the bit whats left and help build some muscle. Dont take AAS for the job when hardwork can do it naturally first.

    They make good points. I know many, many people who have cut down extremely well without drugs. 90% is diet.

    I have some buddies who smoke a lot and are still shredded so don't contribute too much of your problem to that bro. As for dropping below 20%, if your diet and cardio are dialed in then you will not have a problem getting there. Consistency, and maybe patience for you are key. You cannot miss cardio or cheat, especially if dropping fat is hard. Hold off on the gear for 20 weeks, and if nothing dramatic has happened after that then use it.

    this looks like a pct cycle and not a steriod one.
