I am 24, 6'1, 210, 25% body fat. I workout and eat pretty well, but I have ALWAYS had a problem getting below 20%bf, no matter how much I work out or how well I eat. I have smoked a lot of pot (almost every evening) for a long time now, so I think that may be one of my problems (increases estrogen levels). Don't hold it too much against me.
I have done all the necessary research (I think), and I am ready to start my first cycle. My goal here is to get very lean and cut, NOT just size gains. I would like to get down to about 10% bf.
I am interested to see if you all think this cycle is adequate for some serious cutting.
w1-2: 80mcg clen ED, 10mg nolva ED
w3-11: 275mg andropen, 250iu HCG (twice a week), 10mg nolva ED, cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with the clen
w12: 175mg andropen, 250iu HCG (twice a week), 10mg nolva ED
w13: 100mg andropen, 250iu HCG (twice a week), 10mg nolva ED
w14-15: 250iu HCG (twice a week), 10mg nolva ED
However, I am still a tad confused about PCT. Is 2 weeks sufficient for my PCT? When we talk about doing PCT (especially HCG) for 2 weeks after the juice, are we talking about 2 weeks after my last shot, or two weeks after the half life (i.e. ~4 weeks after my last shot)?
Any input and expertise is much appreciated. Thanks!
