    drinking on cycle?

    I just started my 10 week 400mg a week cycle of test-e I drink on saturday's, will this be bad to do while cycling?

    Not directly, it won't kill you, but most people don't eat like they should while they're drinking or the day after, and if you're hung over you'll train shitty.

    how do u keep bf down drinking on the weekends?i personally bloat up even w/ casual drinking. i dont mix the 2

    yeah you can do anything you want i suppose but in my opinion you will only be hurting you performance not to mention the extra strain on your body. some people say its cool but when im preparing for a cycle during cycle and pct and usually a while after i do everything i can to make life easy on my liver

    If you're gotta do it, don't go crazy. It's not gonna kill you, but you will be more hungover than if you weren't on cycle. Everything in moderation though, you also don't want to be the wall flower that sits at home on Saturday night for something that's probably never going to affect you.

    You dont have to drink to the point you will be hung over.

    Moderation is the key. A few drinks 1 night isn't going to kill you or make a difference in your gains at the end of 10 week cycle

    also - definitely don't drink during pct, then it will wreck your gains

    yeah i write it in my reply every time someone asks if it's OK to drink during their cycle. i've seen a video where arnold takes a couple shots before a competition. it's supposed to thin the blood and give you that flush, warm and fuzzy feeling. supposed to give you a slightly better pump. i have to find the video of him doing it.

    personally, i quit drinking during my cycle and pct. thats just me. i feel that i dont need my body to work any harder then it already is-imo
