What next!? i dont think this worked

I did ethnate and deca for 12weeks and then anavar for 4 weeks all together 16 weeks, went from 218 to 242 (blow up) and then to very hard 234, but then went on a vacation, where i really worked out pretty good and eat batter then home, had protein shakes and everything, but as of today i m 224 , same strength as 242, much leaner then almost ever, can flax abs and all, chest stayed 47 was 49andsome, but my arms went from 18.3/4 to 17 1/4, disapointment by far....

since this was one of my blind trials, and i will take all the sh1t you guys will throw at me, since i really feel like a dumbass....

its been 2 weeks off, and i will take 6 more off, and then do some herbal recovery, but since it takes 4-5 weeks for me to get what i want, if you could advise me on my next cycle, feel free to use private message.

I will like to gain 10-15 hard muscle mass, i understand if i have to blow up again and then slim down, but i have a feeling that there is batter things to take and the dossage advice will help a lot,

i m at 7%bf and i m 6'4, not a religious good eater, but by all means never eat bad, just dont really count or plan...

You fail to mention any kind of PCT. Was there one included?

It sounds to me like you didn't know what you were getting into at all before you started steroids.

You don't need another cycle.

You need to take time off and educate yourself.

yeah dude PCT is important to maintain ur gains after a cycle its a necessity U need to run some HCG or clomid towards then end to ease down ur test levels so u don't crash, but the thing about muscles is ur muscles can get stronger without getting bigger. A sad irony but true nonetheless

my bad, i did, clomid and nolvadex for 3 weeks...

herbal recovery: just try to keep up with over the counter gnc kind of products for pump energy etc..

i want to take off 8 weeks in total of not taking anything at all...

this is not my firstcycle, but it was my first cycle designated for gains only, everything prior to this was for performance reasons where i really did not care what do i look like all that matter was speed and strength...

Dude youre PCT was not long enough at all, you probably havent even recovered...u should wait longer before introducing any more AS into your system, along with that, who says you have to "blow up" to make gains, this statement is false...many people can gain lean mass without the bloat and weight fluctuations..

yet the reason why i am asking this stuff now is bacause, of what i already said in the first place, it takes me good 4-5 sometimes 7 weeks till i can get what i order, so i figure if i can get a program and names of what i need in next two weeks in, and i place the order by the end of this month ill get it by the right time to start...

so if you could focus more on advising me on what to do next -the right way- and in full program... it will help me greatlly

should i go on 2 more weeks of 50mg of clomid and add HCG? i have been off everything copletely 8 days now?

i for one believe someone can do another cycle after you have recovered. Only a blood test can really tell you if you have recovered or not.
