    Question How much time off???

How do I work out how long a break I need after a 6-8 week course of injecting Whinstrol every day? Any info would be great. Thanks… Marty.

The same amount of time off as you've been on.

I disagree, I hear so many people say "time on = time off", no! thats only a rule of thumb, i think you should go back on when you feel ready. i always wait until i get my blood results back from the doc. imo

time on = time off is a rule of thumb but a good one IMO. The main goal as grimmreaper hinted too is to get your system back to normal. A blood test will tell you if your there. It really ***ends on your goals but it is very important, if you care about your long term health, to get your liver values and your own test production to exceptable levels for your age.
