I did some research on the forums and I have a few questions but first let me tell you about me. I'm 23 years old, 5' 10" 178 lbs (lil overweight). I haven't had a steady workout in a long time and when I used to it wasn't hardcore. I do concrete work and I'm pretty strong but that don't make up for my lack of gym time lol. I'm interested in a cycle. I have the list of 12 cycles (bigdog) i think his name was, wrote that were good for noobs. I have that printed out and was going to go with one of them when i was ready. I want to know a couple things to get ready.
1. How long should i have a steady workout routine before I start a cycle? (i don't think i can start AS the day I join a gym)
2. Whats a really good diet I can follow? and how long should that be in effect before I start AS.
3. Out of the 12 cycles I can choose is there one "for me" ***ending on my goals or are they all relatively the same?
4. What other investments will i have to be looking at also? for example anti-estrogen 2 weeks before i start my cycle, multi vitamins, protein shakes etc?
5. My friend was going to do a cycle with me but is afraid of needles (thank god i'm not) is a descent cycle possible without injection?
