Hey guys, if someone is takeng 50 mg of winny eod, or ed, should continue take on days they are not working out? event if they take off 2 days in a row?

EOD is Not a good option when taking winny. why would you stop on your off days, keep in mind winstrol IS anabolic...

The half life is short with winstrol i think like 8-16hrs don't quote me on the exact time, so imo it would be worth taking it everyday to keep its levels stead in your system.

Should be taken every day throughout the planned cycle, with such a question I need to ask how old are you and how long have you been training?
