Wheres the pump?
Bros, I keep hearing about this crazy pump i'm suppose to feel, but I dont feel sh#@. Here's my situation. I just finished my 7th wk of a 12 wk cycle of sust 250. I gained 17lbs.(but visible gains are scarce, its gotta be mostly water weight.) also my strength has NOT increased at all. The gear is homemade but comes from a reputable source. I work out 4-5/wk and drag ass during workouts, i mean i bust my ass but I was expecting some crazy kinda pump and I feel the total opposite. I sleep 6-8hrs/night and my diet is good. I expected the usual joint pains but I seriouslly feel like this shit is making me more lathargic and I just got over seriuos flu like symptoms as a side.
Any ideas, recommendations or advice would be appreciated. Check back tonight.
first cycle:
sust 250 700/wk inj every 2 days
183lb start 200lb current
28yrs
workout 4-5x/wk
mma training 1x/wk

diet:
7am no xplode
granola bar/banana
10am 1% cottage cheese/fruit
12pm chicken or groung turkey and veggies
2pm chicken or ground turkey and veggies
7pm whatever the girl makes, nothing too bad though
the weird thing is I've gotten all the negative sides and no positive ones.

My protien intake is good. I've been trying to cut carbs. This was a quick rendition of my diet. I eat a lot of chicken, fish, ground turkey, cheese and fat free milk. Usually totals 200+ grams of protein per day

just finished 6th week 12 week sust 350 cycle. Same here, no increased strength tired, gained some weight from increase in cal. I just started adding winny this week. I keep hearing it can even take up to week seven or eight to start seeing gains from sust, so I am still holdin out hope,

Definatly add some carbs.. That's probobly why you're so lathargic.. Add some wheat toast or brown rice to your first few meals, then taper off later in the day. I've been taking this approach for some time now, and I'm stronger than ever in the gym (without gear) and I am cutting about a pound a week.. Good luck.
