one thing i notice is that prop pain varies from brand to brand. You might want to switch to another one if possible. I know how it feels, I had the same problem: First i was using one and in hurt to the point i couldnt lift..but when i switched to another...it was almost painless...amazing how they vary

sorry bro, thats the best suggestion i can give...there's really not much u can do with prop pain except tough it out... mixing it with other oil-based compounds may help somewhat but it's counter intuitive cuz anyone taking prop will most likely not be taking any long esters to begin with

    cheers

When I do Sus I get some prop pain - I actually like it - tells me it is working. However, I do massage the area after injecting for about 20 minutes while watching TV - it helps.

Warm the area pre-injection, stretch it and massage it. Totally relax the muscle and be calm. Stretch the skin a little and inject. After injection, repeat.
    Massage, stretch, etc
