    Question about first cycle loss

    Hi there. im currently on first cycle on week 6. i started with dbol 40/60mg a day and got good results. im now taking test alone at 400mg weekly now on week 6. but problem is for two weeks now ive lost alot of my gains. i know you get water retention. but is it normal to lose it this quickly. i was starting to downsize while still on dbol. i think at this rate i will be back to sqaure one as this is how am going. my training and diet has been the same throughout. however my protein intake is a problem. i take 150g in morning and a further 400g spread over the evening as i work during the day. but as i said before start was brilliant but now going downhill. help please guys.

    that shouldent be happening bunk test ? . how come you carnt eat at work ?

    What Test are you on. If its long ester, and you did not take it while you were on the Dbol, that could be what is going on...

    I agree with the above, either bunk gear or your diet is rubbish.

    thanks for replys. my gear is from my bro who has been on roids for ten yrs so i hope i can trust the gear. my diet is as follows. Morning 75g protein 300g oatmeal. 3 work breaks wich consist of 2 rolls on tuna/chicken etc. 4.30 can of tuna 75g protein drink 7.00pm 3 chicken breast potatoes veg 75g protein drink. workout. then 9.00pm another 75g protein drink tin of tuna. i didnt mean i couldnt eat at work i meant not taking protein drink. sorry my bad. but lately ive been skipping a part of this here or there as ive lost appetite big time. im not going to lie.could tis be problem. the test im taking is cypionate.and have been on it from day one.what do you mean by long ester. longer to effect?. if so could you explain why this would cause a problem. thanks.

    Yep, not real or under dosed, IMO.

    Your diet is poor it needs more complex carbs like rolls thats just useless.
    By the sounds of it your test is fake.

    Some people doesnt see results of test c till week 6 or 7.

    Your diet isnt that good also whats your stats. Itys hard to say if thats enough food when we dont know how big you are.

    Agreed, I dont see gains until 6-7

    Thanks everyone for your replies. i will scrap my diet and start afresh. assuming the test is legit by sorting out diet will i get my gains back or have to wait and start a new cycle from scratch.

    This happens to me, I come off the orals at week 6, lose some water, the Test kicks in week 7 at the earliest, and I start to put back on again, just wait and see.......
