Hey Guys

I recently picked up icemans ALA. I have been using it for past few days and am having trouble getting into ketosis. I been using about 2 grams per day and eatting less the 20 grams of carbs.

For me the jury is still out (no flaming attended) as I have only been using it for a couple of days but I used prolab ALA previously and got into ketosis much quicker.

I wanted to know other peoples feedback on the product.

Hey bro. I have not used it since I do not buy into the ALA hype. That is all

You are much better off with the r-ALA than any regular ALA because the r-ALA is what will help your glucose uptake into your muscle cells. Rather than taking 3000-6000mg of Regular ALA just to get the benefit of half of that just use the r-ALA you'll only need 900-1200mg.

r-ALA = Right-ALA

Hmmm, that's weird!

Try bumping up your dosage to 3000mg-4000mg's per day, and see if that helps!

Also was there any changes in your diet?

You've got your wires crossed bro...100 of the 100mg rala caps will last most people about 12 days...Guys taking the regular, run of the mill ala are using 2-3 grams a day...

I am taking Iceman's ALA and I am pleased with the results. Everything seems good so far and I reached ketosis quickly. I take about 3 to 4.5 grams per day depending on the kind of meal I have it with.

Damn 100 pills at 100mg/pill for $20 and that only lasts 12 days, hell for that price I could take 500mgs of Test per week and just buy some DNP .
