    injection question????

    I heard if you shoot into your hamstring it kicks in faster than glutes, is this true?

    no, injecting in any muscle will go into the body at the same rate, it also does not mean whatever muscle u inject will grow faster or get bigger the fastest..

    i have never heard of or even seen a pic of someone injecting in their hamstring that has got to kill. i see no reason to use it as there are many other muscles that are easier to hit

    Do not inject into your hamstring. The information you heard was false and you run the risk of hitting your sciatic nerve.

    I wouldnt even think about doing that, imagine the crippling effect that will have. There are much better areas you can inject.
