I hope this is all the information you need:
Age: 22
Weight: 87kg
Height: 5ft 10'
Training: Training for 3 years (about 3 - 4 times aweek)
Diet: Was a little messy (too much fatty foods) but have now moved to a High Protien diet.
Information: been looking for over 8 months (researching alot)
Now im starting my first cycle..
And im looking to stack Deca, Sust and Test on a 12 week cycle (thats what was advised to me).
But I would love to know from people I no that have done it right if that would be the best first cycle for good muscle gain and growth.
If there are is any improvment that you can tell me this would be very much appricated.
