    Weight Loss

    Hey Guys,
    I havnt lifted for 2-3 weeks after my cycle. I've been feeling like I've been getting weaker every passing day and I've been losing muscle mass. I just found out that I lost 12 pounds in 2-3 weeks (From 220 lbs. to 208). I have been on a D-bol/ Test E. cycle and I would like to know why I lost so much weight in such a small time period. Thanks

    P.s. I have also lost weight in the gym.

    Any PCT? Obviously, failure to continue training hard is part of the problem.

    after your cycle you arent going to feal like you used to thats a no brainer you just have to continue to push yourself. I train with lighter weight when im doing PCT.

    Well the reason you are losing all the weight and strength is obvious. You aren't keeping up the same intensity you showed during your cycle. I try to train harder during PCT to maintain everything I have attained. Some of the weight you have lost is most likely water, but you are also losing muscle by not being as dedicated.

    The clomid may also be messing with your mood.

    ok 1 post says i havnt lifted in 2-3 weeks and another twice a week. wich is it because if your covering up too look good your not going to get the answers your looking for. Why work so hard for somthing and throw it all away at the end when its post important to keep the gains? Your going to obviously loose the water weight from the d bol and test wich is some but not all of the weight. i would of used hcg as its much better at recovering. Also what did your pct look like. dosage not just nolva and clomid because that tells us nothing

    What I ment to say was I havnt lifted like I used to for 2-3 weeks. I know after coming off of my cycle it took alot off of my gain. I would just think that after my cycle I would keep most of the weight I gained. My pct is 50 mg. of Nolva each day for 5 weeks/ Clomid 50 mg. for 5 weeks.

    But I have been feeling like garbage since I got off my cycle, and that clomid is really ***ressing me.
