Reality check of a first cycle
I am a new member, but I have been reading up on these forums for a few years now. I am now considering beginning my first cycle.
I am 23 years old and have been training seriously for about 4 years. I am 6' 3" 215 pounds about 9% body fat. I have enjoyed maintaining an uncompromised workout schedule and dedication to diet and supplements. I feel comfortable saying I have pretty much reached my maximum physique/ plateau. I have gotten to where I am through a bit of a yo-yo effect, putting on soft muscle and cutting it down to a lean base afterwards.
I am going to do a cycle, but am not looking for a magic pill and overnight results. I just want to get back to that feeling where you look in the mirror and see progress and are stoked for the rest of the day.
I want to be a SOLID 235 eventually. Please give me any suggestions/ criticism for a cycle. I want to be able to pack on lean muscle and stay ripped. I already bust my ass to stay in shape, so I'm not looking for some easy fix. Just want to start seeing progress again.
I will stop dragging this one out. Please throw whatever you got at me, and I apologize for being another newbie post.

Seems like your ready for the typical first cycle of a long ester like test e or c for 10-12 weeks at 400-500mgs a week shot twice weekly. you should get great results with that especially at those stats

you could do those cycles or u could do a longer lasting easter such as equipoise .... that could be ran as long as 20 weeks but dont run it no less than 12 , it will give you a good definition look and i would say a good 15-20 lbs of muscle if u did a 16-20 week cycle working hard and eating right,

I also don't want to be approaching some ripped up dudes and be disrespectful, or put them at risk by trying to get their help. So how am I supposed to do this?
