if you dont know how to eat, there is NO point to taking steroids . What you gain, will be immediately lost when you stop. Diet is everything, not steroids. Go spend a bunch of time in the diet forum and learn how to eat properly!! We're not being negative, we're trying to keep you from messing yourself up.

good point. These guys here this all the time like the juice is magic. It's not but food IS!!! If you get your diet in check you will see more keepable gains than if you eat improperly, do a cycle and get bigger, then come off cycle and lose it all... then you're pissed because " 'roids didn't work for me" and you wasted your money or whatever...

Plus, if you're trying to hit 3 plates and you're talking about LOSING weight.... sounds like you are expecting to gain muscle and strenght while on a cutting cycle... that's hard to do. If I read on here correctly, you're going to be keeping your gains and MAYBE adding a ittle LBM while cutting BF% on a cutting cycle.

even when on juice, your diet is still 80% of the game.
