Clen Schedule
someone with experience who has used this product or has lots of knowledge on it............
what is the best and most effective way to use clen and to maximize the best results...
i have heard from everything to 1 week on, 1 week off
2 weeks on, two weeks off
14 days straight take the 15t and 16th day off
anyone have any suggestions or comments?

I tried all kinds of schedules and the bottom line is that clen always stops working. The best way to use clen is to stack it with T3 at a low dose at first. Monitor your body temp. in the morning and when it starts to drop from where it was, bump up your dose. I know other guys will disagree with me, but everything I tried ends up eventually not working anymore, so you might as well get the maximum effect as quickly as possible. i been reading alot of stuff lately that says that is not the most beneficial way to do it....

if i want to run clen straight..is there a time i have to break it off or take a few days break..i would increase the doses every week or so..and whats the longest i should run clean for?? 10 weeks? 6 weeks?
