1st cycle questions.

I am about to start my first cycle. Here is what I purchased:

Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test weekly
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Clenbuterol for PCT

I have a few questions:

1) Should I start the Nolva from day one? (1 pill/day)

2) If I take it from day 1, do I continue to take it during the 2 week wait after the last pin to the start of PCT, or just wait for PCT?

3) How and when should I be taking the Clenbuterol during PCT and at what dosage?

If you take the nolva during your cycle, it will effect your gains. I have been told by several people that when they tried taking nolva throughout the whole cycle, they did not notice nearly as good of gains as cycles previously done without it.

Ah. okay. so Nolva only if gyno starts up then...

yeah, but, before you even start with nolva, I have noticed B6 helps. I started getting tender nipples, so I went out and bought vitamin B6, and took 100mg in the morning, and 100mg at night, and the tendernous has gone away completely. So if you do think you start noticing what could be gyno, try B6 before going directly into nolva.

I use Nolvadex all the way through my cycle and I don't have any gyno. It doesn't really effect my gains, but I have heard from many people that it reduces their gains. Personally, I would rather get less gains and not have bitch tits. I like taking off bras, not putting one on. Try Arimidex if you can get it. It is more effective than Nolvadex, but much more expensive.

You could run an AI such as arimidex to control the estrogenic sides through your cycle.

also Proviron might be worth a look as it will also help the test aswell as curb the gyno.

***ends on what gear I am using. Usually 30-40mg per day in one dose at night. I use Arimidex now if i can afford it. It is a much better drug, but Nolvadex is not that bad. Like I said, I fear bitch tits.

go with 10mgs a day if your worried,,, shouldnt affect your first cycle that much cause your gonna get big anyway
