very confused about this. on off days do i take same supplements as if i were on training days. Also do i drink several protein drinks few times a day when not training? appreciate the help.

you should be consuming roughly the same amount of calories regardless of training days or not. The only thing you dont need is your PWO shake of whey and dextrose on non-workout days
thanks. what about supplements? arginine orthinine etc? still take them as usual?
