    my tbol only cycle

    6 weeks 70mg tbol a day
    3 weeks 20mg nolvadex a day

    any suggestions ?

    How many cycles have you ran? Id go to 8 weeks if you like it after 6. Also, you only need 2 weeks of nolva and you'll be fine. I dont care what others may say, tbol hardly shuts you down if at all.

    I'd shoot for 8 weeks if you're still growing. Also if you can, run proviron at 50mg a day. You can run nolva for 2 or 3 weeks.

    why run proviron while tbol does not aromatize ?

    whats your stats?
    i would say start at lower doses then work upward ***ending on sides... 6-8 weeks is the norm ***ending on the person i found the effectiveness really started to ***lete by week 6 so i didnt see the point in running it any longer.... i didnt run any anti e while i was on but each to their own. Also i didnt feel like i was shut down at all but you do need to run pct 3 weeks at 20 would be fine. or you could do like i did and run 40 for 1 and 20 for another
    (test is best why proviron?)

    a lot of different views on the nolvadex

    Would it be ok to just take 20mg/day till I feel my libido is back to normal again?

    i dont really have any knowledge on tbol dont even know what it is. but shouldnt anyones first cycle be test.

    it isnt "set in stone" first cycle should be test....all ***ends on user preferance.....and tall man, run it for 28 days....as magic said, ur libido shoudlnt b lost on tbol...

    I've done a Tbol cycle with 60mg/d for 8 wks. Good gains and no side effects. I didn't need any PCT. Tbol can get expensive though. Most everyone I've seen on this board suggests a test only cycle first then possibly a test/deca for the second. Injectables are not that scary. Once you do your frst one, the rest come easy...as long as it's done properly (clean, aseptic techniques! you don't want an infection).

    yeah, I doubt it too, but I think I'd better get some nolva just in case

    When my cycle is done, how should I deside if I need pct or not ?
    Can I feel it or something?

    dude....JUST USE THE NOLV...ur not gonna "feel" like u need anything.....actually, since you are "undecided" if you want to do PCT...i would HOLD OFF using gear....do A LOT MORE RESEARCH BUDDY!!

    and I don't need to do more research cause I know how pct works in theory.
    Only research I can do now is using it

    if u knwo how it works in theory, why would u even consider not takin nolv?? but anyway, you made your choice to go with the nolv, which i think is a good one...good luck on the cycle...you will like your gains! i sure am!!

    I started in 2003 but had a lot of shoulder issue's. After an shoulder operation, some growth hormone and cesar therapie I could train problem free again. That was about a year ago I guess...

    I thought I would be me ready. For example in lbs my deadlift 1RM is now 265, how much would I at least need deadlift in your opinion(s) ?

    Not only is my diet well balanced (about 3800 kcal 25% prtn, 55% kh, 20% fat) I also eat very clean and a lot of vegetables. I'm very serieus with my food. Gained 30 pounds the first 4 months I started training again last year (thank Jah for muscle memory) and another 10 pounds the last 4 or 5 months, but it's getting slower over time (been upping kcal also).

    Give me some thoughts on it, no flaming please, I'm sure I would take a serieus answer serieus and maybe prolong the natural fase a bit

    you should be able to gain 10kg more naturally. just upping your calorie intake slowly incrasing intensity of your workouts. it will prolly take 1 1/2 - 2 years but you wont regret it. of course it s getting harder to gain muscle but with your weight you re definitely at least 10kg away from your genetic limit.

    because it s waste of ressources - you ll never be able to gain as much as in your first cycle. cycle results are ALWAYS better when u r near your genetic limit may it be weight or speed or any other ability.

    I believe to think that someone who is less close to his natural limit would gain a lot more weight from the same cycle as someone who is almost at it.

    I'm not sure about my thoughts, but maybe you got some articles on supporting yours ?

    of course it will be easy if you weigh 50kg on 180cm you ll prolly be able to gain 30kg on your first cycle if you d be able to eat that much. but thats NOT the point.

    but since ur under ur genetic limit it is still EASY to gain weight. you need chemical enhancement when you re trying to brake this limit not now.

    do wut u want but like some vets here also stated: u r not ready to cycle.
