    to cycle or not?? advice please

    was thinking about running test e alone 500mg/week. i have nolva/clomid for pct. been on this board researching for about a year.

    my question is to cycle or not. what kind of gains to expect? will i keep most of them wit proper pct? and will i need aromasin for this cycle??

    ive done SD with PCT last summer and didnt really like it, it seemed like it did more harm than good. it was like taking 1 step foward and 2 back. will test be the same?? i just would like some advice on my first try at it. im only going to cycle if i can use it as a building block.

    How long have you been trainning?

    If you have been trainning for a while it may be time to take that step. Only you can judge if you are ready or not, but from your stats, I see no problem in giving it a shot, although I think you are a bit young. I am a believer that the age to start is around 24/25.

    As for the cycle:

    Your gains and if you keep'em will ***end the most of your diet.

    I would add hcg in the gap between the last shot and pct.

    Its the basic first cycle. You should be fine and make some nice gains as long as everything else (diet, trainning, rest and motivation) is in its place.

    Since its your first time, watch carefully how you react.

    i trained in highschool, been very serious for the last 3 years
    diet is in check i eat very clean no fast foods. i eat every 3 hours or so.

    ive got to the point where im not getting any bigger but i think my muscles are maturing and lately ive been getting dense and hard.
    i know u will gain some water weight from test but will this effect my muscle densityin the long run??

    You can control the water weight with an AI.
    Water weight does not effect muscle density as it goes away as fast as it came.

    if you have been training as hard as u can and deiting correctly for 3 years. then i presonaly beleive you could do a test cycle and be fine. age is a factor but not as much as your training and deit. you defently want a good pct. i didnt know about pct on my first cycle and didnt keep as much as i had hope.
