    Question about cutting

I am 23 yrs old, 5'10 249....28% bf. Currently cutting and have a very good diet plan laid out. I am following the diet along with cardio 5 times a week and weights 4 times per week. I have been working out since I was 14 however the past 4 yrs I have not been as serious as I once was. Due to the college lifestlye I have gained about 70 lbs over 4 yrs.... went from 190 at 12%bf to where i am now.

I am not getting very serious about my body and getting back to this lifestyle. Do you all think it would be beneficial to add 400-500mg's test E/wk for 12 weeks to aid me. It would be my first cycle and feel it would help keep up my strength and muscle size while cutting. Any thoughts?

Mate, Test is generally used for bulking and used alone will certainly not give you a cut/ripped look.
I suggest you read thru some of the specific cutting articles on the site.

I am 5'10. doesnt diet and cardio/training dictate more of your results than the gear. You can shoot a gram of test and if your diet isnt right you arent going to bulk. I think you can cut with any steriod as long as your diet and training are right....no? Yes I know about proper PCT and AI's

Yes. If you use an anti-e and keep water consumption high, you'll be able to keep bloating to a minimal.

You are correct. Diet dictates the outcome of your cycle, not the gear. You can cut on any type of AAS.

However, it wouldn't be beneficial for you to use gear right now. Your bf% is way too high and you would get unwanted estrogenic side effects due to that high percentage.

Continue on with your current diet and training. Give it some time and put in the work to get down to about 15% bf. After you have leaned up to that lower percent, there would be no problem with incorporating AAS into your routine to reach your final goals.

I would suggest you learn to eat properly first, then later add the AAS.

ur diet looks good minus the protien shakes, replace meal 2 w/lean meat(boneless skinless chicken breast).for that last meal put in 8oz of lean ground beef. do that and id say ur diet is spot on.almost identical to what im on.but really wait till ur bf is lower to juice, it will be worth it

I agree, you're body fat percentage is too high right now. Cut down and then juice.

Your body fat % is WAY too high. You will have extreamly bad estrogen related side effects, if run a cycle at your weight.

Continue with the diet and training ruitine, and cut down naturally. You can add suppliments like Green tea. It's a thermogenic, and at your weight should still be safe. Plus the anti-oxident properties are a great bonus too.
