is it legal to buy needles in Indiana ? Just curious ..

you can get them online for dirt cheap. i dunno if its legal where im at, but i do it and have never had any problems

needles technically require no RX the don't say they do on the box, so yeah u could buy them over the counter now the pharmacy's policy to buy them might be a different story. Just go to any medical supply website and u can find which ones ur looking for.

Yes, they are legal in indiana. Indiana has no syringe laws. The only place that can turn you down (legally) is CVS, because it is their store policy to have a prescription. If anyone else tells you no, stay on their ass, and quote the law to them. I have bought from every place in indiana ecept cvs with no problem

i bought them at cvs in new york no problem. walgreens in florida wanted to see a script.

Different states have different laws . Some require a script ..
You dont need a script in FL . They where just begin jerks by not selling them to you.
