??? and critique on bulking cycle
I am in my fourth week of my bulking cycle. this is the schedule.
wk 1-12, sus 500mg split up twice a week
wk 1-10, deca 400mg split up twice a week
wk 1-5, dbol 40mg ed
possibly, wk 10-14, winstrol ed. dosage undecided
wk 14-18, nolvadex 20mg ed
wk 14-17, proviron 25mg ed
wk 18-26, clenbuterol havent decided the dosage yet
stats. 22, 5'8, 4 years experience on and off from injuries, 11%bf, 172lbs. 1st cycle.
also I have gained about 12 pounds in the last four weeks some of it water and fat I think its from the dbol but how do you tell when the test and deca starts to kick in I feel like my gains are slowing and i am unsatisfied.

I know I am going to get burned for my size so let me explain.
16 months ago I was 188lbs with 9%bf all natural. Due to multiple collarbone injuries and a very high metabolism I dropped to 148lbs. very skinny, this was detrimental to my mental health so I lifted hard for four months and got on aas to give me a jumpstart so i wouldn't get ***ressed every time I looked in the mirror this way I have more motivation to stay in the gym until Im not the little guy anymore. hope this saves my some flames.

I would have lifted naturally untill i hit my old weight, muscle memory is real and you could have made it back, ive had a similar experience my self, and forced my self to regain it all back naturally you could have done it with will power. I think you should raise the sust to 750mgs a week split up 3 times mon/wed/friday shooting it twice a week and 500mgs a week will give you the low results your seeing..

also the nolva should be taken 6 weeks, 3 is too short.

since I couldnt work out for a year I started eating like crap and somehow I lost all my muscle.
now that Im back my diet is back too.
daily eating habits are
eight eggs bowl of oatmeal
four protein shakes
one can tuna
one can chicken breast
two grilled chicken breasts
one filet salmon
one pound lean ground beef
two lean cusines
two helpings rice
16 ounce steak every other day
14 ounces flank steak every other day

my cardio is minimal right now I was going to wait till after the cycle to start cutting down
