gyno??

My left nipple is always more hard than my right and if I touch it and press it in like hard, it kind of hurts like pain. How long does it take gyno to form? How do i really know if im getting it? I can kind of feel my left nipple a little pain like something is there but doesnt really bother me.

Timing varies obviously, but if there has been any change SINCE cycling began, mild pain or other start gyno therapy.
