Ok Guys Im Taking Sus 250 Again And The Firt Time I Took It I Was Fine. I Did 250mg Every Mon & Thur= 500mg A Week. But I Heard That Taking It Eod Is Better Can Some One Tell Me Why? And How To Break It Up So It = 500mg A Week? Now Every Other Day Means It Doesnt Matter What Day It Lands On Right?

Because of the short esters in Sustanon it would be ideal to inject EOD because you would get less sides because of the stable blood levels and most likely better gains that way also. If it's dosed at 250mg/ml just do 0.5ml EOD and it'll work out perfectly.
