    Hardening with Deca

Does using deca in a cycle with dbol or anadrol actually harden and make you keep the gains from dbol/anadrol?

I meant in the way that you would actually keep the dbol gains rather than lose them like the steroids effectiveness chart says you would

Nothing will help you keep your gains but PCT, diet, and training.

    Why do you ask?

19-nors and DHT based compounds can be synergystic, ***ending on what you are trying to acomplish.

All the compounds you mentioned are geared towards rapid mass buildup, which means alot of water and fat are going to accompany them. So no, your muscles wont "harden" up from them....as for keeping gains, once again, it ***ends on your PCT...furthermore, a good PCT will ensure you keep most of your qualitative (lean) muscle gains but a good deal of your water and fat gains will melt away (thank god) along with it...it is not unusual for ppl to gain 30+ pounds on such cycles and lose half or more of it after PCT because the mass loss is mostly attributed to water, fat and some muscle. Using compounds like var or EQ ensures smaller gains that are more steady and lean, they also allow for optimum vascularity and "hardness"
