I have tooken one week of clen before and been using ECA a fair amount in the past aswell but its been a good few months since ive taken any of these so would this be the most affective to burn as much fast as possible? obv with a good diet and cardio... but i have my diet on check and i would be doing cardio every morning during the two week before any food.
