If you want to use clen for its anti catabolic properties use it during pct.
is it as effective as people say it is for being anti catabolic? most people tell me they actually get stronger and their actual muscles get bigger while shredding weightOriginally Posted by roidattack
For me it works well keeping my gains. I think the getting bigger is an optical illusion. If your shredding you look bigger even though your not.

I planned on taking the clen for eight weeks is that enough time to ensure
I keep as much gains as possible
Using Clen for long periods of time is actually counter-productive. Clen will downregulate your receptors, thus after a while 2 weeks or so, it will be useless.
To counter act this issue, benadryl is recommended to be incorporated into the cycle at every 2nd or 3rd week. 50-75mgs everynight for a week is advised and will help up regulate your receptors so that your clen will be effective.

how long should I take the clen for if I add the benadryl
A sufficient amount of time so that you can reach your goal(s) for the cycle on hand.

An EPH (uses the same mechanism as Clen) fan myself, I notice significant increases in its effects after using Benadryl for a week.

clen does help shed fat on me, but thats about where it ends. first week is horrible with cramps. then the hand shaking and such. i used to like it cause it helped my asthma, which it does, but the ill-effects on the heart were reason enough for me to stop using it.
the anabolic properties of clen are just extrapolated from bovine studies. there is even proof this doesnt work in humans, due to variations in beta-2 receptors among other factors.
bottomline: if you dont mind the shakes and need to cut fat use it. but not for long cause the malice of the heart. otherwise leave it be
