Andropen 275 550mg EW (split into two injections a week) for weeks 1-9
Dianabol 30 mg ED for weeks 1-4
Tren Ace at 50 mg ed for weeks 10-12
Adropen275 275mg EW (split in two injections) weeks 10-12
PCT of Nolva and clomid
Diet
7 am-4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, bowl of oatmeal made w 2% milk
9 am-Muscle Milk Shake
12 pm-2 cans tuna(dry)
2 pm-Whey protein shake w/ double scoops rather then one, made with 2% milk
5 pm-Either chicken breast or two cans of tuna
workout from 6-7 30 pm
7:30pm-Muscle Milk
10 pm-Cheese burger patty
12am-whey shake w water
Drink over a gallon of water everyday
Take fish oil, multivitamins and such
Usually train 4 days on, one day off. 2 days of fat burn work ew in mornings before meals.
