    My cycle, Please Critque (andropen, dbol, tren)

    21 years old (I don't wanna hear anything about my age, so just leave if you're gonna say anything about it) 5'8" 170 8% BF been training for 4 years.

    Andropen 275 550mg EW (split into two injections a week) for weeks 1-9
    Dianabol 30 mg ED for weeks 1-4
    Tren Ace at 50 mg ed for weeks 10-12
    Adropen275 275mg EW (split in two injections) weeks 10-12

    PCT of Nolva and clomid

    Diet
    7 am-4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, bowl of oatmeal made w 2% milk
    9 am-Muscle Milk Shake
    12 pm-2 cans tuna(dry)
    2 pm-Whey protein shake w/ double scoops rather then one, made with 2% milk
    5 pm-Either chicken breast or two cans of tuna
    workout from 6-7 30 pm
    7:30pm-Muscle Milk
    10 pm-Cheese burger patty
    12am-whey shake w water

    Drink over a gallon of water everyday
    Take fish oil, multivitamins and such

    Usually train 4 days on, one day off. 2 days of fat burn work ew in mornings before meals.

    and for the record I drink on weekends, but during my cycle I'll stop because I wanna be fully dedicated and never have to worry about what could have been

    training split is Chest and Tris, Bis and Back, shoulders and abs, legs, day off,. start over. Two weeks of that, then switch to day one chest, then back, then arms, then shoulders, then legs, after two weeks switch back. usually different 3 workouts for each body part every time

    Up the cals and leave the tren out for this cycle IMO. I'd double the portions if your trying to gain.

    so like double shakes, 4 cans of tuna in place of two? stuff like that? and isnt 300 g of protein a day already enough for someone my size? usuing tren cus I want a bulk to cut cycle, bulk first then cut. I wanna gain like twenty five pounds and be cut

    That's wishful thinking man. Leave the shakes out if you can and I don't like to eat that much tuna every day. Check out the bulking diets in the diet forum, I'm too tired to get into that right now. You should be able to keep 15 pounds at your weight with test and dbol without the tren. Save it for down the road when your burned out on test IMO. Or you can add winny or anavar the last 4 weeks of your cycle, that's what I would do.

    Also if you want to bulk the first half and cut the second half diet will help more than any compound.

    I dont think its wishful, I did the same cycle when I was 135(stupid i know) and went up to 170, so 35 pounds, and kept 25, with a shitty diet and barely working out. Its what works well for me. Plus when its a tuna meal I either eat tuna, chicken, or ham, perhaps steak at times, just giving a basic diet. I think Ill gain 25 and keep 15. And the tren is cut it gets me cut and strength. I'm trying to get stronger then my buddy and that'll help out. No winny or var for me, or any other dht based juice in general, I like my hair. The andro, d bol, and tren really gave me no side effects either, that was a year ago, since then Ive gained another ten pounds naturally

    its not ur age, its ur DIET that i would comment on.. its attrocious... fix it first then fix ur cycle.
