    nolvadex on cycle

I am in my fourth week of my cycle and lately my nipples look puffy. I am not sure if it is from a bf increase or if it is signs of gyno. My nipples are not sore or itchy. I am not sure what to do. I would like to hold out on using nolvadex or any other serms while I am still cycling because I heard it can hurt your gains. But i dont want bitch tits either.
    need advice please.

Considering you are taking deca I would not use a SERM. You will need an AI and taking an AI at a low dose will have minimal effects on your gains. A SERM will not have any effects on your gains but a SERM does not work on gyno caused by deca, in fact it may make it worse. Deca is a progestin and binds to your PgR not your ERs.

ive got some proviron but would like to hold out as long as possible. I dont have any experience with gyno. do your nipples always get sore as a sign of things to come. I am not positive it is gyno yet, could be fat, water.

I would be taking the proviron any ways, it will help the test work better. Start it at 25mgs/day. Signs for gyno vary, from my personal experience I get soreness/tenderness/puffiness and I don't mess around, if I even think I am getting gyno I take the appropriate steps.
