yes...i have read the the majority of prior threads on peoples var experience, but i wanted to know is (considering the price and all), the dose that people have used to get gains in the sense of some fat loss and some some hardness. i'm 6 foot 1, 265, don't want to get bigger, or much stronger..just a little leaner...
of course the easiest way is just to experiment...
