dosage questions on var?
yes...i have read the the majority of prior threads on peoples var experience, but i wanted to know is (considering the price and all), the dose that people have used to get gains in the sense of some fat loss and some some hardness. i'm 6 foot 1, 265, don't want to get bigger, or much stronger..just a little leaner...
of course the easiest way is just to experiment...
just curious..

i didn't have great results off of less than 40mgs/ed - had great results of 60.

If you are doing it alone I would do 75mg ed for 8 weeks. It wont help you "lean out" there are no fat burning properties that I know of with var. To lean out its all about your diet and the var will help you keep from burning muscle

Didn't do shit for me for fat loss even at 80mg per day.

Yea man, i agree, it would be so easy for a scammer to switch tbol for var unfortunately..

I found that dieting and var work the best, you will keep your muscle + hardness, but thats it, I was at 60mg daily, during dieting/cardio, worked like a charm, especially around the waistline.
