I've been hitting the gym and doing allot of running i would like to speed up the process, and I'm determined all the help i can get would be awesome . Thanks guys
Can anyone recommend anything to take as my first run , I've never tried Anabolic Roids before its my first run.

And if it is a firs-timer, everyone will tell you to inject 500mg of test e or c every week-twice a week.
But bro...
What are your expectations? Why you wanna do roids?
If it is only for putting down fat and get some muscle without training, I think
the Diet Boards are the ones you need ... Do it Natural untill you get to your plateau .. then come back here with a base (by a base I mean the early teen in body fat (14% and less) and a body that already went to the maximum of natural growth

YOU ARE NOT READY FOR ANY CYCLES!!!
Concentrate on getting your bf down and get your diet in check.
Lift hard and heavy, using lot of compound movements will definitely pack some muscle on you without any problems.
There are some people on this forum that transformed their bodies naturally and you can look those up using search or look in the pictures section.
Right now you can concentrate on lifting, and dieting techniques. Learn how your body reacts to that and then once you know your body and built a good base then you can start thinking about chemical enhancements.
Good luck and listen to the people here on this board. They give some good advices.

As already stated, you aren't ready for AAS. Your BF% is too high. If you did cycle, you may suffer from estrogenic sides because of your size. You do have my respect for posting the pics though. You can do a lot with your diet. You need to be eating at least 6 meals a day. In your case they need to be smaller. This will help speed up your metabolism. Post up your diet meal by meal in the diet forum. Bro's will give you advice on things you can do to further your weight loss. I'm having a feeling you are still eating too much.
Good luck man.
BTW, nice job on losing those 100lbs. That's something to be proud of brotha. Take this shit one day at a time man. As you already know, you can't think about the amount of time it is going to take. You just have to stay positive and make your mind up that you want to look different. Stay dedicated and achieve it bro! "You only get one body. Make it look good." - quote from my grandad when I was little.Last edited by Titleist; 05-22-2007 at 09:37 PM.

Compound movements are exercises that involves not just one but 2 or many muscle groups.
Some good exercises are: deadlifts, squats, bench press, pull ups, dips, bent over rows.
And don't forget the cardio. Try doing cardio after your workout at least 4 times a week for minimum 20 minutes each time. Keep your heart rate below 75%Last edited by juju; 05-22-2007 at 09:49 PM. Reason: don't forget the cardio

^^Add to that list Power Cleans & hang cleans. Two great exercises that work pretty much your entire body.

WOW! Grats on the 100 lbs bro! Nice job!
Now, you are getting to a point where you can really start to make a difference.
Llike everyone else has said, stay away from gear right now. 15%BF or less is the standard rule for gear that most everyone on here will guide by.
So without parroting what has already been said, here are some SIMPLE changes that will make a HUGE difference in your body.
1) AM Cardio on an EMPTY stomach. Drink you a glass of water or two to fill the void and eliminate your hunger pain if you have any. But do NOT consume ANYTHING other than PLAIN water. You want NOTHING in your body that will alter blood sugars.
The goal here is to do 30-45 minutes of cardio in the fat burning heart range. WHich should be about 135-140 for you. ANything above that changes the effects of the excersice. So STAY IN THAT RANGE.
With no food or sugars in your body, it is forced to burn fat as a fuel source. Therefore, you will see losses in BF a LOT sooner than evening or night cardio.
Do not concentrate on 1 mile, two miles blah blah blah. Give me 30-45 mintues of good fat burning heart rate cadio. Distance does not equal fat loss. TIME at the correct heart rate does. But at the same time, if you do too much, you can start to become catabolic and burn muscle.
2) You are ready familial with atkins, so that is a good start on eating better. Not ideal for body building, but at this point, we just want you to shed fat, put on muscle, and look better. We can force you into a clean body building diet later. But visit the diet forum and start learning. You will need it later.
Don't ***leat all carbs. Just eat good carbs. Carbs in Vegies, whole grain rices, yams and the like are not BAD for you the way Atkins wants everyone to believe. YOur body MUST have carbs for easy fuel. Just avoid sugars and junk food.
Another thing, Atkins does not restrict you from eating fat. I am going to tell you to cut out as much as possible.
3) Compound excercises at this point are going to be your FRIEND. You want to work large and multiple muscle groups to get the most benefit from caloric burning and muscle building. The more muscle we can get under your insulation, the more calories we can burn for you at rest. And that is a great thing.
Dead lifts are great. They will use damn near every muscle. Squats are great, bench press, pull ups and rows. . .just like JuJu was telling you.
4) don't spend all day on an excercise. Increase your weight. If you are benching 185 12 times with ease, then you aren't doing enough weight. You goal should be 8-10 bearly completing the set. Now, this is with PROPER form. Do not sacrafice form for numbers, especially since you are not expirienced at all this.
5) find a workout buddy who is serious about lifting. This will help motivate you. Make sure this person has good form and technique. Doesn't have to be the biggest guy in the gym. A good partner will force you to push yourself to more weight, but never tease you because he can bench more.
Hope I have said something that helps.

Oh another addition.
Do not look at the scales again.
Let the mirror be your judge. If you follow our advice, your weight wil go up and your BF will go down.
At 195 and 5'10 with 20%BF I am fat. At 223 and 12% BF, I'm not.

I rarely see clen or t3 mentioned when someone is discussing how to initially drop body fat. Is there a reason for that?
T3 was the first thing mention by the HRT when I discussed dropping body fat. Would it be helpful for this guy?

I just don't want to see you start abusing gear. Because with your build, you should be able to pack on some serious mass with a clean diet and dedication. ANd with your BF, you would be abusing and subjecting it to serious estrogen sides.
Hang in there. There are lots of bros here that will help support your goals. And of course some that will be asses. Just ignore them.
