Thread: Clen Plateau???

  1. #1

    Question Clen Plateau???

I have been taking Clen in pill form (Clenbulol) for about a week and a half now. The first week I lost 5 lbs. Now my progress seems to have stopped just after a week. My diet and my workout hasn't changed at all. Anyone know why this might have happened? Is it possibly that my Beta-2 receptors have somehow already completely down regulated? Seems unlikely. I have also been taking 25mgs of benadryl every night just to help me sleep which should also help in up regulating. Any advise would be greatly appreicated.

    Thanks guys

5lbs in a week is pretty good..why you complaining? You cant keep expecting to lose 5 lbs every week..that would be 20lbs in less than a month...not very likely

Ha. I know 5 lbs is very good and for that I'm not complaining. But since then, I haven't even lost an ounce which seems kind of strange to have such great progress and then out of nowhere, it stops. Just wondering why that might be.

Well, first of all, misspelling the drug's name isn't a good sign you've researched how to properly cycle it.

Secondly, Clenbuterol is to be taken in short cycles (VERY short) in order to prevent acclimation to the drug. Your body WILL get used to it and the effects will subside. If you see a lack of results before 2 weeks (when you normally are supposed to stop anyhow), then cease usage, wait another two weeks and start again.

What dosage are you running at?

you realize your weight can fluctuate by several lbs a day just from water alone? Weigh yourself in the morning and at night and you will weigh different. Be less concerned with what the scale says and more concerned with the results you see in the mirror or you measure with a tape or the way your clothes fit...scales are very misleading

If you've researched it enough, you would know that Clenbulol is just another brand. Like Clomid is Clomiphene. But thanks for trying to flame me.

Yeah, I know. And that's exactly how I've been doing it. I haven't seen any difference in the mirror or tape measure either. But I'm sure it will improve. Just curious. Thanks for you help.

up the benadryl to 50mg ed at the end of your second week, if your taking it already at 25mg that should deff help keep the receptors fresh as its not at around the 14 day mark yet. I would jst carry on but as long horn says you cant keep expecting to lose 5 lbs every week so you may only lose a 1 or 2lbs a week from now which is still a good amount jst be patient.
cant wait to get back on the clen to loose that last little bit of fat before summer really kicks in.
    good luck

Suworu~Nutsuki, Have you had luck with the benadryl method? I've heard some people swear by it and other totaly bash the idea.

absolutely, i've been neglecting the scale lately due to the irrelevance of the "weight issue" - i feel great and look great and don't give a rat's ass how much i weigh.
