POLL CAST YOUR VOTE!! dbol all in one go or broken up?
vote if you have better results from breaking up your dbol throught the day.
OR!
Taking your dosage all in one go.
I am personally getting slow results from my dbol maybe its due to splitting up my dbol 20mgs in the morning and 20mgs 1 hours before i hit the gym, So im wondering what works best for you guys!

If i`d go for Dbol , ofcourse I would go for dosage throughout the day to get blood more stable, to get less sides.

this is only my first cycle but i have been taking dbol for five weeks now and I split mine up 20mg morning 20 mg before workout and didnt notice anything until day 10 then i gained 11 pounds in two weeks and strength sky rocketed.

i have ran it in many different methods..
and honestly i prefer it pre/wo and thats it on training days.. on non training days i take it AM.

never tried dbol so im not gonna vote since i havent dealt w/ it first hand. i will be running dbol in my next cycle. i'll base how i run it on this poll

take it all in one go, i have seen so many threads like this.. and its always the same... parrotry promotes the SPREAD IT OUT.. the experience take it when the body needs it.

Pre workout is best IMO. You want high blood levels of DBOL ) when you are workoing out.
I have done several diff protocols and the splitting the dose only works if you ar taking more than say 100mg ED IMO.

I'm using 55mg of dbol 1 hour before workout, just started so I can't comment on effectiveness yet. I've tried 10mg spaced out through out the day and wasn't too impressed so I hope this yields better results.

Best personal results with 5mg every 2.5 hours with meal, up to eight meals a day during bulking.

this monday will be my third week on dbol and im up 2 lbs lol. So far Dbol is over rated.
