    any help please?

    i started my cycle yesturday morning 100mg prop and 1ml sus , i did my weights straight after (only biceps) and a day later my arms are quarter an inch bigger,is this due to the prop or would this of happened regardless, i did lift heavier then i normally do. thx for ur input.

    Have you ever lifted weights before? Its called a pump, caused by an increase of bloodflow to the torn muscle cells.

    This is super elementary. Wow. Why are you running prop and sust?

    measurements were taken a day after,so its not the "pump" do ur research

    Still a pump from increased bloodflow to the torn muscle fibers as your body naturally repairs itself from your workout.

    The juice prob. just had some mental affect on you and caused you to workout a little harder than you usually do.
