    Question injection spurt

quick question, just did a right glute shot...actually prob more of a ventro gluteal area and for the first time in my 8 weeks so far when I pulled the pin out a squirt of blood came out, like probably would have shot a good foot out of my ass....anyone ever experienced this? I always follow proper injection technique, no blood when aspirating etc...thanks men

ya probably just passed thru a vein..it's normal make sure ya keep the plunger down when pulling out that way it doesn't cause a vacuum effect when withdrawing.have an alcohol pad ready as soon as ya withdraw!..repped

you should be fine bro, if you hit a vein you'll know it. if you hit a nerve, youll know it too. As for aspirating.. I hate to do it, but I know its safer... I hate it because you have to move the needle around when moving your hand around for injection.. hurts like a sob
