Thought I would relay a conversation I had with the Head of Chemistry at a major University (who happens to be a friend).

I have always held to the belief that 17AA drugs were as damaging to the liver taken orally or through injection. He says injection is much easier on the liver even with 17AA's.

I never knew chewing orals would make a difference. He says absorption rate for any oral is significantly increased by chewing.

There were more but I have been drinking so I will leave for another day. I asked him to give me feedback on preventing Progesterone gyno and he is willing to test a sample I give him of a conversion using the synovex kit to determine what estrogen (estrodial) is left if any. He also feels certain he can come up with a way to remove any excess. Hopefully I can get him to start contributing to this board.

wouldnt it be better to crush orals first then just put the powder on your tounge and wash it down with a little water or something?

Chewing would get some stuck in your teeth wouldnt it?
i know i havent done any..yet, but thats what i would do if i had them.

Sounds logical to me. Worth a try. By the way I though I would add this guy got his Doctorate studing (and making) inhibitory drugs. Thats why I hope he can come up with a cheap alternative for Progesterone gyno. I will keep pushing him and hopefully he will come through.

This is an older post and I don't agree with him anymore as far as 17AA's go because I injected and had almost the same liver results as I did when I took them orally. We actually talked last night and he is considering opening up a for research only anti-e site but wants to check all legalities. I also sent him Cycleon's post and asked him to right up a procedure for adding the propinate ester but haven't heard back yet.

As far as chewing orals....Iwas always told to let the pill disolve under my tounge slowly.....that make absorbtion so much better......who knows

well chewing orals allows them to get absorbed faster because it increases the surface area of the reaction site, im a chemistry major (molecular genetics) and a juicer as well. lethal combo... keep it comming ! good job !

When you consider how many times your entire blood volume passes through the liver each hour, and the half lives of the orals, it seems unlikely that saving one pass by injecting would make a siginificant difference. It's just one out of hundreds.

you said ABSORPTION RATE is increased from chewing but this isn't the same thing as ABSORPTION QUANTITY right? what i am trying to ask is, when chewing or crushing and eating orals, is the amount of the drug actually absorbed larger than if you left the pill intact? or, is just the process of absorbing the pill faster when crushed? thanks.
