    best time to inject prop?

    hey guys i was wonderin when is the best time to shoot prop before ur work out i was told 2-3 hours before u work out and than i was told it doesnt really matter can u guys please give me an answer ....thank u for the feed back

    do it right after cardio...Ive been doing this for a few weeks and I havent had a problem since. If if wake up and my muscles are cold and I inject...Im ****ed!!

    If you are thinking of shooting prop in the musle you are about to train, then you need to have painless prop, if you dont, it will be a pain in the ass and you will not be able to work out properly...

    belive me, you dont want to shoot your biceps with prop that hurts like hell and then go workout... too much pain.

    I would recommend you shooting it pre workout. if you can stand the pain, or if you got painless prop.

    It doesn't matter when you shoot. Just that you stay consistent around the same time everyday.

    I always shoot before I go to bed... and always at a muscle I've just trained or a muscle I wont be training the next 48 hours

    I inject prop first thing in the morning...if I do it at night, I can't sleep

    i have noticed that if i shoot at night also i cant sleep neither why is that ?

    Agreed.

    The pain doesnt peak exactly when you inject, it takes some time.

    it kinda jacks me up for about 4 or 5 hours after injecting....sweats, some tachycardia, racing thoughts on occasion....I'm running masterone also

    i like to take a shower in the morning in the middle of it get out do my inj then get back in, also i take really hot showers. Ive been doin this everyday with tren ace, and everyday shots are a pain in the ass cpecialy when you are havin scar tissue build up in your fav site...

    I have been using some good prop never had a problem when I have done it , but I not a normal person I love sticking myself

    I disagree. I alwayd inject right before i train, gets the blood flowing and might even help it absorb it faster and I try to inject into a muscle I'm training to work out the pain, if there is any.. The only time i ever have pain is when i hit a vein or a nerve.

    Also If I dont go deep in the muscle with prop the pain is horrible going deep is key.

    i agree 100%. always pre work out for me! and i also agree keep it about the same time. i always train about the same time everyday.

    Same here.

    Time of day doesnt matter.

    If its a day that I don't train, I do SOME form of excercise on the muscle for a while just to warmit up and move it around.

    I also rotate delts, legs and glutes. In my legs I divide my quad into 3 sites. Top/bottom/middle and rotate the 3 sites per leg. (to keep down scar tissue)

    I do find that if I shoot prop in my lower quad, it tends to be th only place I get any pain.

    I always inject at night while watching law and order svu re runs. that seems to work best for me

    well its all up to the user.

    I also shot mine pre workout, but god damn the pain was killing me, I couldnt train as hard as I wanted.

    the only place I didnt get pain was in my shoulders.
    got massive pumps in biceps

    anyway, it ***ends alot on what kind of prop you got also....

    also, as I said before, I do actually recommend pre workout shots it you can handle it, and if you are able to train hard so you get maximum gaind off your cycle.
