im on my fourth week on my 10 week sust 250 @ 500mg cycle, but this weekend happens to be my b-day, and ppl are cuming over like crazy and im eating really fat foods, eating late, and not watching my diet, if i continue to do this for a week will this ruin my cycle, i dont wanna get fat, just wanna stay lean and get some good quality muscle, im 6'2" 209lbs with 18%bf right now, any ideas , will i be ok to splurge this weekend?? oh yes, and also i wont be able to work out for about 4 days in a row!! any thoughts>?
