dont pyramid...thats old school.......some would suggest doing sust 3xwk....others would say 2x a wk....thats why people including myself would say go with a single ester....but to answer your question, i dont agree with what u posted above, i would just do 500mg/wk inject mon/thurs(since that is the max dose u have written down)....do more research man....u have no idea the amount of good info you can get with a bit of reading

Pyramiding sucks ass. Hormone levels all over the place and increased chance of sides. Pick a dose and stick with it.

To get the most out of Sus shoot it ED or at least EOD if you want to sacrifice the short esters and just go with the long then shoot it twice a week. Go with 250 mg Twice a week for 12 weeks. You will be happy with the results
