PLEASE HElP

So far, I am trying to figure out how to come off of a twelve week cycle of Cypionate the safe way. This is what I know, fill free to fill me in. When taking test Cypionate, HCG and Nolvadex are neccesary for the recovery process. Can I take the knock off of Nolvadex which is named novadex and still seem the same results of an estrogen blocker? How do I get HCG and what does it do, is it a pill? Also, when do I start taking novadex and HCG for the best recovery of natural Testosteron? I am eating about 180 to 190 grams of protein. I am also getting good fats and Carbs in as well. I weigh 184 lbs and I am 6 foot 2 in. I need some knowledge on how to safely cycle. I also was wondering if it would be safer to stack Test-Cypionate with Eq and use a lower dose of both.

will someone post were we can get

1. HCG
2. Nolvadex
3. Aronasin


Also, does novedex XL (legally bought at massnutriotion.com) have the same effect as nolvadex?

It would be awesome if whoever posted where to find these pills/injections/whatever all this stuff is, could post a link and the price of each.
