    Best Time To Take L-Dex and Finasteride??

    i have read that dht and estrogen are more high when you go to sleep. And some people have said that the best time to take anti-dht/anti-estrogen is before you go to bed. Is this true? Or does it really matter when you take these compounds? Whats your oppinion on the best times to take both? THANX

    I take finasteride right before bed.....I don't think it really makes a difference when you take it though.

    Finasteride has a half-life of 6 hours.

    Arimidex has a half-life of 3 days.

    so basically, i can take the l-dex pretty much anytime and the best time to take the fina is before bed?

    I'm not sure if there's really a "best" time to take finasteride. Bedtime is just what I do.
