I'm sure they do but they probably don't gain near as much as fast as when on...

Actually, the BIG MOFO's are probably past thier genetic potential and might not be able to gain let alone keep thier size off cycle without some serious help of some sort...

Well I'm not a huge MOFO (That me in my avatar) but yes I can make gains while not on a cycle. Last christmas while clean for 4 months I was hitting some of my best benches, squats and DL's. I was benching 200kgs (2.2 lbs per 1kg, you do the maths buddy because mine are shit) squating 260kgs and dead lifting almost 300kgs. Having said that I get faster gains while on, plus I get far far better recovery. I have one friend over on elite (Mr.Muscle) who's a natural BB'er and is in fantastic shape and should be an inspiration to anyone wishing to train natural.
