I reconstitued my 5000iu ampule of HCG and then moved it to an empty sterile (i thought) NaCl vial to store in refrigerator.
I have given three injections of 500iu from this vial, always using alcohol pads, clean hands, new needles etc with no problems
Two days ago i injected 500iu in the side of my a**omen SC. Starting tonight i noticed a quarter sized red spot at the injection site, the spot is now becomming painful.
How likely is it that my own body will be able to fight this little infection or inflamation?
At what point should I go get antibiotics?
