Still concerned about abcsess.

I injected last monday. I was sore for a couple days, which is normal. Friday my ass was so sore I could barely walk. It got better for a couple of days. Today is sorer then yesterday. I have no redness and it is not hot at all. There is swelling, but thats it. I have never been sore for more then 3-4 days after an injection. Will this shot go away? Should I get it looked it? Could I have an abcesess with no redness or heat?

I always say its better safe than sorry. How much swelling do you have. Is it easily noticable?

The swelling has gone way down. It feels more like a muscle pain.

Yes you can have a abcess without the redness or heat at first. As the infection greatens you may start to get those symptoms. Pain lasting this long can be a few things. Start with treating it like a abcess with warm compresses to see if it desolves on it's own.

the abcess will look like a pimple you wanna pop at first but if you pop it make sure you clean and sanitize it first and if it reappears the definatley get it drained at a doctor. trust me I let my abcess grow to and i finally went when it was a golf ball sized lump and i had a red vein leading to my heart but had only gone as far as the shoulder. When the vein hit my elbow it hurt then it hit the shoulder and it hurt then i went to see the doctor and her very painful draining procedure only cuz i waited. So if it grown go see a doc

i believe abcess is due to unsanitary UGL labs making the gear. In most cases if the user is using the prop techniqes IE using alcohol.
