    cripping pain again

here we go again. i really dont understand whats goin on here. i injected my upper glute yesterday and im having cripping pain again in my glute and down my leg, feels sometimes like it goes down into my knee. i have posted before about the pain i was haveing, and decided to change bottles of test. well here we are a new bottle of test two injections in. the first one from that bottle went very smooth. pretty much no pain, now this is second ml taking from that bottle and i cant walk again. he are the other two post i maid, if u have anymore questions about whats going on. i really cant do this anymore if its gonna make me unable to work. im really trying to figure out the problem so i dont have to stop.

You didn't get enough response to your other two threads??

If the pain is shooting from your glute, down through your leg it is quite possible you came a bit too close to the sciatic nerve during your injection(s)....you're adminstering in the upper/outer quadrant of your glutes, right?

look up the ventro gluteal site...it gives me close to no pain everytime but when I move over into more of the top glute I get some pain...the VG area is best for me...

My rotation, regardless of the frequency of injections is: left glute, right glute, left delt, right delt, left quad, right quad...never had any issues to date.

yes the upper/outer quadrant of your glutes. i was thinking it was the sciatic nerve, i just wanted to hear someone else say it. is there anything i can do to releave the pain if thats the problem.

If you are in the right location of your glutes, the sciatic nerve should not be an issue...if that is the issue, only time will relieve any discomfort you are encountering from a brush with the sciatic.

    Good luck,

i just started shooting there about a month ago, thats where my source told me to start shooting to avoid shooting in mid glute all the time. but i believe he is mistaking about that being a good spot. thanks for the info shrpskn.

Pain shooting down the back of your leg is definately sciatica. Even if you're not hitting the nerve, you may be comming too close to it. You must be shooting wrong. Where ever you've been shooting, go higher and farther out. Make sure the pin is going in straight, not at an angle towards the middle or your glute.

Oh! you would most definitely know if you hit it!

It's possible, however, that you may have came close.

Ice & heat at the injection site...check back in in a day and see if you have any relief. If the site is inflammed, some ibuprofen may do you well too.

    Good luck,

whats the nerve that if u hit there is a chance of being paralized?

ive heard its like 4 inches in so its impossible to hit, is this correct?

If you go to far out you can hit the Iliac Nerve Branch. Just getting close to either one can cause this discomfort.
    Good Luck

as i sated before, i believe abcess is due to unsanitary UGL labs making the gear. In most cases if the user is using the proper techniqes IE using alcohol.
rabid message me and tell me what lab you used. to see if we ordered from the same place i think i know what is causing the problem.

well here the update. didnt go to work again today. still have a little knot about 2-3 inches from my hip. its not nearly as sore as yeaterday but then again i havent walk on it much at all today. walking is still a bitc* and sleeping last night sucked. had to sleep on my stomich all night. as long as it doesnt start that shooting pain down to my knee i think ill make it.

If this keeps happening, you may have bunk gear or you injection protocol needs work.

i use 23g 1 1/2" syriges for glutes. after i draw the gear up, i run the syringe under hot water for 30 secs. rarely get pain. havent felt a drop of pain from the prop i'm using now either. try that.
